Over Ten Years of Fun on the Ice

As a team, we've had some great experiences together on and off the ice, with some success mixed in. From competitive races to TV commercials, photo shoots to press conferences, Team Holm Racing has had a wild ride, one that is almost as fast-paced as a four-man bobsled ride.



What exactly does a bobsled team do? Well, that depends on the team. We've been lucky to participate in races at various levels, training trips to different tracks, even a photoshoot with the world-famous Getty Images photo company. We've done a commercial for the Utah Winter Games, helped unveil the Canyon's Ski Resort's new layout back in 1998 and we even got to roar past Utah's governor at a press conference on the track. While bobsledding itself is a challenging sport, it has been good to us. Not all of our endeavors have ended in medals or success as the world view's it, but we have a lot of great memories from the sport.

Some of our favorite times have been volunteering at fundraisers to raise money for cancer research or visiting patients in local hospitals to help raise their spirits a bit. We've even been taught to embrace life and find joy in the moment as we've worked with down syndrome kids.
